94 Weeks (a day early)

Hi All!

You get your Team i6 fix a day early since we will be traveling to Cleveland for a long weekend filled with fun.  I am sure we will be mucho busy while we are there, too much so to blog.  I do promise to post some fun Halloween costume pictures though once we are back!

How old? 21 Months 19 Days

Weight: 29 lbs

Sleep: T2B Status:  So good.  Here is a room shot of what we typically see on the monitor screen at night.

Also a peek at Linc playing in his new PeaPod travel bed.  We set it up in his room for the past week so that he could get used to it before we head to Cleveland this weekend.

Food:  Right now he is eating darn near anything and everything...I sense a growth spurt.  This week he particularly enjoyed crunching away on toasted pumpkin seeds with his Daddy.

Best Moment This Week:  We had a jam packed weekend filled with friends and FUN!  We were so excited to see our friends Seth & Tammy in town to visit, we  had a few late nights sitting up and talking and laughing.

We carved pumpkins.

Linc kept wanting to smell the pumpkin, LOL

We took a trip the the Ghost Train at Burke Lake and had a blast riding the train around the lake.  Lincoln LOVED every second of being around the "choo choo".  We also rode the carousel that they have at that park too, and Linc actually rode on a horse for most of it. 

It was a good good day, topped off with a tasty dinner at Silver Diner to use the last of our Living Social deals that I purchased a few months ago.

Movement:  Yep. Lots.  He is full of movement and energy.  Ms. R wrote on his daycare sheet at the beginning of the week this week that "Lincoln owns the world with his personality" and I don't think truer words have been written.  That little one knows how to command an audience that's for sure.

Milestones: Living for the moment;Whether being silly, throwing a tantrum, or banging a drum, your child may seem like a revved-up ball of energy with an uncanny ability to keep going and going. That's actually a good thing, because kids learn through repetition.

But because children this age live so much in the moment, your 21-month-old has a hard time shifting gears from one activity or mood to another. He just can't stop himself when he's on a roll. You may even notice this tendency in your child's fine motor skills. He might scribble right off the paper or paint his arms or the easel as well as the drawing pad in front of him.
