Total weight: 13ish lbs
Baby clothes: Broke out the new "Grandpa's Sidekick" onesie for the trip to Cleveland for Grandpa's 60th bday! Super cute!
Baby food: Mmm mmm, we definitely LOVE sweet potatoes! This week we also tried peas, yeah not so much for peas, but maybe they will grow on him.

Oooo What's This Green Stuff?
Oh, It's Peas. I Am Not Impressed.
Um...No Thank You.
Sleep: Had to get a humidifier for Linc's room. Hopefully it helps out a little with his cold he just can't seem to shake it though. We even attempted to have him sleep in his carseat a couple of times because we heard keeping him uprightish would help...yeah not so much. It's been kinda rough.
Best moment this week: Hangin' out with the family in Cleveland! We visited Grandma Barb at her school & Linc got to see her classroom, and one of her students and some other teachers got to meet him!

Hangin' With Grandma Barb. Ready For School Already!
We got to go to a new restaurant called Melt, um yeah, it was AWESOME! We waited for like 2 hours to get seated and another hour for our food, but it was totally worth it. =-) I think they need to open one in DC!
We also did lots of other fun stuff while in CLE, and there will be a post with more pictures to follow.
Worst Moment: Well let's see...the big one would be blowing a tire 30mins out from Cleveland at 11:30pm Wednesday night! Yeah that pretty much sucked! Took me 40mins to even get a hold of our roadside assistance (while Todd started to work on changing the tire) after calling a phone sex line on accident the first two times I tried to call assistance because their phone number is not printed very clearly on our insurance info. FUN. But Grandpa was our hero and drove out to us on the side of the interstate (on his 60th bday) and changed out the tire! And we made it to the house before 1:30am. We spent Thursday getting a new tire for my car.And somehow we also all ended up getting sick this weekend. Linc still had a cold, Todd got an ear infection, and I had a sore throat & cough. Super.
Movement: He is the push-up king. The running joke for the weekend was that personal trainer Uncle Andy was going to come up with a workout regimen for Linc since he is such a strong boy!
What I am looking forward to: Hopefully not doing too much of anything this next weekend! We are wore out from our latest adventures.
Milestones: Your baby may start showing signs of one of his first major emotional milestones — stranger anxiety. He may become clingy and anxious around new (and even familiar) people and may cry if a stranger suddenly approaches him.Keep this in mind when you're around people he doesn't know, and try not to be embarrassed when he cries in someone else's arms — just take him back and calm him down by holding him yourself. Tell your friends and family to approach your little one with slow, gentle movements. A case of stranger anxiety doesn't mean you have to avoid new faces. Your baby will benefit from being around people other than you and your partner. Just remember that he needs your patience and understanding to get through this very important stage of development.
